Replacement & Return Policy

Policy of exchange and returning products:

1- The customer has the right to exchange or return the product during first 14 days from the date of buying without giving any reason. But we are asking the customer to keep the products with its original condition. And purchasing invoice must be introduced.

2- The customer has the right to exchange or return product during first 30 days of buying with a defective or does not match the specifications that were related to the product when he bought it. And invoice must be presented.

3- If the customer cancel the order after purchasing and before receiving it. The costs of shipping will be deducted from the amount that he paid. The refund will be processed by ( insta or bank transfer ).
